1. I will give at least 20% of my gross salary to Welsh Charities and Local Groups, as selected by the people of Wales.
   
   
2. I will conduct myself with honesty and integrity and always act in the best interest of the people of Wales.
   
   
3. I will keep my personal expenses to a reasonable minimum and provide receipts for all expenses claimed. My expenses will be annually audited by an independent accountant and published for all to see (monthly on my website).
   
   
4. I will provide the people of Wales with information on what is being discussed in parliament on their behalf, together with relevant facts, so that they are better informed and able to make up their own mind.
   
   
5. I am an independent and will not be bound by any party whip, I will respect the views of my constituents and vote according to their wishes.
   
   
6. I will be available to people at all times, rather than just at voting time. I shall actively tour Wales to best understand the needs of all areas.
